Updated guidance on our foodbank service at this time:
Our foodbank exists to provide food for people in temporary financial difficulty.
If you are struggling to get food or medication because you are self-isolating or in a vulnerable group then please contact Making Connections on 0121 380 6690 or email COVID-19communityhelp@walsall.gov.uk who will link you to your local hub to discuss appropriate support.
The guidance below applies only to Ablewell Advice Walsall. There may be an alternative foodbank that is closer to you. For details of other Walsall foodbanks, please see https://www.blackcountryfoodbank.org.uk/locations/
Customers self-isolating

Customers are welcome to send someone to collect their vs rolex gmt master ii mens 116710blnr 78200 rolex calibre 2836 2813 black dial food, but should notify us who this will be. If you are unable to get anyone to collect for you, please call Making Connection (details above) for assistance.
Customers with vouchers
Upon entry to our building, you will be asked to deposit your voucher in a basket to minimise your contact with our staff. Please write any dietary or other special requirements on the voucher. Signage will then direct you where to wait for your food.
Customers without vouchers
We will not be issuing vouchers face to face during this, as it is simply too risky for our team. Therefore, we kindly ask that you do not attend our centre without a voucher. A list of local voucher holders can be found on the foodbank page of our website. If you are unable to obtain a voucher then please telephone us on 01922 639700 and we will direct you accordingly.
Guidance for Voucher issuers
If you physically hold vouchers:
Make the necessary checks of the customer’s identify, household size and circumstances. Then:
1) Email us a photo of the voucher to info@ablewelladvice.org.uk
2) Follow this with a call on 01922 639700 to confirm we have received it. We will then confirm to you that it’s fine to send the customer down.
3) Ask the client to write down on a piece of paper their name and the voucher number you have given them and bring this with them.
4) When they enter our reception, they will see a basket to place their voucher. As we will have the voucher details from you, they will need to put their piece of paper with their name and voucher number on it in the basket so that we can link them to the voucher we will already have made up.
5) They should then follow the signage in our reception, which tells them where to wait.
